The sessions are structured but are bespoke to those on the programme so will be tailored to the attendees. Sessions are limited to a maximum of 10 so you will get to know the others in your group and be supported in a relaxed environment helping you learn, understand, reflect, review, and challenge yourself to make some changes, with like-minded people.
